What if?

What if the problem isn’t capability? What if it’s assumptions? What if the tension isn’t dysfunction, it’s misunderstanding?

Those are the questions we don’t pause long enough to ask.

Hi, I’m Erin Johns, a leadership speaker and executive coach who works with corporate teams, C-suite executives, and growing organizations, from large hospital systems to fast-moving startups, that want more than surface-level change. I help strengthen communication, reduce silos, and build healthier organizational culture, not by adding more complexity, but by helping people see differently.

As a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths coach, ICF-Certified coach, and certified facilitator in Working Genius, Trusted Leader 360, and The Dream Manager, I use proven leadership frameworks to guide the conversation.

But the frameworks aren’t the point. The shift happens when someone pauses long enough to ask a better question.

What if I’ve been reacting instead of leading?

What if this conversation doesn’t have to go the way it always has?

What if I could change the outcome?

That’s when conversations change.
That’s when defensiveness drops.
That’s when people start listening instead of protecting.

I grew up overseas and now live in Texas with my family, which shaped my belief that perspective changes everything. At my core, I love helping people knock down the obstacles standing between them and the impact they want to make.

Because sometimes the most powerful tool isn’t a strategy. It’s a question.

Audiences Walk Away With:

Surprise & Momentum
They walk in unsure.
They walk out energized and saying, “That was actually fun… and incredibly helpful.”

“Oh Wow, That’s Me” Clarity
Moments that make everything click:
“This explains so much.”
“That’s why we clash.”

Shifted Team Energy
More laughter. More courage. More understanding across silos.
