Working Genius TEAM BUILDING

The Working Genius assessment is 20% personality and 80% productivity. People who understand their genius show up to work happier, are more effective, and play well with others. Working Genius Certified Facilitators are equipped to analyze and apply results to help individuals and teams leverage Working Genius to be more innovative, strategic, and effective.
The Working Genius can be used in a variety of ways to bring greater success and fulfillment on your team.

Coaching is an empowering relationship between an accredited coach and a client designed to help clients bridge the gap from where they are to where they want to be. Just as an athletic coach adds insight, perspective, and support, a life & leadership coach comes alongside a client to help move them to the next level. Erin provides a safe, supportive, and yet challenging environment for clients as they work together.
All sessions are 45-60 minutes.

Trusted leader 360° Assessment & Coaching

The Trusted Leader 360° assessment comes gives leaders a mirror to see how others experience their leadership across trust, competence, and emotional intelligence.
Feedback closes the gap between intention and impact so leaders can grow where it matters most.
This assessment gathers feedback from the participant, their supervisors, peers, and direct reports. The questions asked are from 3 leadership areas - Lead, Develop, & Care - as well as questions around self management and social awareness to provide a clear picture of each participant’s strengths, blind spots, and growth opportunities.
Package includes - the assessment cost, a debrief session over the assessment results, & a coaching session to set goals based off the results - $750
