* WHAT IS CLIFTONSTRENGTHS?
CliftonStrengths (formerly StrengthsFinder) is a popular online assessment by Gallup that identifies an individual's natural talents in thinking, feeling, and behaving, categorizing them into 34 themes to help people focus on what they do best, develop their potential, and improve performance in work, school, and life. It is based on Don Clifton's research stemming from his question "What would happen if we studied what was right with people versus what's wrong with people?"

Erin Johns is a Gallup certified CliftonStrengths coach. She uses your top CliftonStrengths to help you understand how you naturally think, feel, and behave. Through insightful questions, exercises, and practical strategies, you’ll learn how to communicate, collaborate, and lead from your strengths.

There are several assessment report options. The 2 most commonly used are the CliftonStrengths Top 5 report ($24.99 at Gallup) or the CliftonStrengths 34 report ($59.99 at Gallup).
The CliftonStrengths Top 5 report gives you your top 5 CliftonStrengths in rank order. The CliftonStrengths 34 report will tell you all 34 of your CliftonStrengths in rank order.

The Dream Manager Program is a personal and professional development process that helps individuals identify, clarify, and pursue the dreams that matter most to them. It’s based on Matthew Kelly’s bestselling book The Dream Manager and focuses on increasing employee engagement, purpose, and well-being.

* How DOES THE DREAM MANAGER PROGRAM WORK?
The program guides participants through identifying their dreams in 12 life categories, creating actionable plans for target dreams, and works through 12 different modules. Coaching sessions provide accountability, clarity, encouragement, and structure.
A participant meets individually with their Dream Manager once a month for 45-60 minutes. During each of these sessions one module from The Dream Manager course is covered. Each of the 12 modules has unique material as well as common elements that provide continuity from one session to the next.
* How long is the program?
The Dream Manager Program is 12 sessions long plus a kick off Dream Storm.
* DO PARTICIPANTS NEED TO HAVE THEIR DREAMS FIGURED OUT BEFORE STARTING?
Not at all. Many people begin unsure of what they want and part of the process is discovering new dreams and reconnecting with old ones.

* What IS TRUSTED LEADER 360°?
Trusted Leader 360° is a comprehensive 360-degree leadership assessment that gathers feedback from multiple raters including supervisors, peers, direct reports, and others, to provide a holistic view of a leader’s effectiveness. It helps leaders understand how others experience their leadership across key areas like leading, developing, caring, and emotional intelligence. - from Trusted Leader
* How does the Trusted Leader 360° assessment work?
Participants choose a group of raters, complete a short self-evaluation, and then raters complete a survey about the leader’s behaviors. After the feedback period, the leader receives a Development Profile that highlights strengths, areas for growth, and actionable next steps.
The Development Profile is a detailed report summarizing feedback from all raters and the leader’s self-rating. It highlights strengths, blind spots, patterns, and practical recommendations that leaders can use to build intentional development plans.
