The Dream Manager Program
“Making a living is nothing if you're not also making a life.”

What IS THE DREAM Manager PrOGRAM?
Companies invest in The Dream Manager Program because they know “making a living is nothing if you aren’t also making a life (Emily P Freeman).” Dream Manager encompasses all you could want from an employee engagement program.
As employees achieve their dreams, they naturally become more intentional leaders, contribute more meaningfully, and bring greater joy into the workplace.
The Dream Manager Program is at its core a life-coaching program developed by Floyd Consulting.
The Program provides a comprehensive approach for people to achieve their dreams and develop a personal strategic plan for their life as they move toward greater life balance and discovering the-best-version-of-themselves®.
The Program provides dream coaching with regular accountability, thought-provoking content, and encouragement to follow-through with the plans they develop. Trained and Certified Dream Managers guide the process and lead participants through The Program experience.
A participant meets individually with their Dream Manager once a month for 45-60 minutes. During each of these sessions one module from The Dream Manager course is covered. Each of the 12 sessions has unique material as well as common elements that provide continuity from one session to the next.
If you’re looking for a certified Dream Manager to support your individual goals or organization, 2and5 Coaching offers corporate & individual pricing.

Structure of The Dream Manager Program
The program’s curriculum is broken up into 12 sessions. We begin by identifying what the Dreamer wants from life then work through a plan to achieve those dreams. We also identify what success looks like for them in 4 different areas we then check in on each month. Money, being such a huge component of so many dreams, is a topic split over 2 sessions. For session 5 we explore the Dreamer’s Myers-Briggs type and how it plays out in their everyday life. Session 6 is an assessment of where they are spending their time vs where they actually want to be spending time along with what brings them energy vs what drains them. Sessions 7-11 are a deep dive into different areas of life and we close out the year with session on character.
